Future with tradition

Innovation and dynamism from the very beginning: LWB's jig making was soon followed by the introduction of complex rubber processing machines. In the mid-1960s, the company manufactured highly specialized machines for belted radial tyre production and very soon also batch-off equipment.

Company founder Alfred Steinl (*1930 - †2013) developed the specific expertise for efficient, precise and modular injection moulding machines for elastomer processing.
