The LWB compliance system is responsible for reporting specific or possible legal violations by employees belonging to the company. Business partners, customers or other third parties also have the opportunity to submit reports around the clock via various reporting channels if there are concrete indications of breaches of the rules. This enables risks to be identified and addressed at an early stage and appropriate remedial action to be taken if necessary.
Confidentiality and the protection of reporters are paramount here.
